We are currently looking for PDI’s and ADI’s to join our team. If you are a PDI we are able to offer you sponsorship to allow you to get your ‘pink’ licence. As part of the requirements of this licence you will need to complete 40 hours of training. We can offer this training on a one-to- one basis. As part of your ongoing training, we can offer help and support while you prepare for your part 3 test, along with guidance and additional training should you require it. At ‘I Want To Pass’ we recognise the need for flexibility and part of that flexibility is that we do not have any contracts with our Instructors; we hope that you will stay with us based on the friendliness and service that we provide. For a weekly franchise fee of £70 we will provide you with the following: · All your advertising · Signage/top box for your car · Business cards · Appointment cards · Missed Appointment cards · Welcome packs for pupils · Congratulations cards · Progress Report sheets · Mock test sheets · Ongoing help and support In addition to this we will provide you with 4 franchise-free weeks every year to help out financially at holiday times. For each additional year you stay with us, you will be eligible for another free week, to a maximum of 8 weeks. A large portion of your franchise fees will be invested in advertising for pupils. We do this to achieve our aims— to get our phones ringing and to build up your business! Pupils that we introduce to you (at no extra cost) will be booked for their first lesson at a time convenient to you both. Thereafter you will be left to co-ordinate your diary when booking further lessons. This enables you to work what hours best suit you. We take away the worry of the paperwork and leave you more time to earn money! By working for ‘I Want To Pass!’ you will have the opportunity to be self employed and work independently.
